Computer Disposal Singapore

That Stack of Old Computers Isn't Going Anywhere on Its Own

A dead laptop in the study drawer. Two CRT monitors from a decade ago wedged behind the storeroom shelf. A row of Dell desktops from the office that nobody's touched since the company migrated to cloud thin-clients in 2019. We collect these weekly from HDB flats, condos, and small offices across Singapore.

The trigger is almost always the same: you've upgraded, the old hardware sat around "just in case," and now it's taking up space you actually need. Or you've inherited a tenant's leftover IT equipment and the storeroom smells like warm dust and old plastic.

What We Collect

Our crew handles the full range of consumer and office computing hardware:

  • Desktop towers and all-in-one PCs
  • Laptops and netbooks
  • Monitors — LCD flat panels and older CRT units (yes, those heavy glass ones)
  • Keyboards, mice, webcams, speakers, and other peripherals
  • Networking gear: routers, switches, patch panels, cable bundles
  • UPS battery-backup units (in proper e-waste form, not loose cells)
  • Printers, scanners, and multifunction devices

We do not take loose batteries or lithium cells outside of a device housing. If you've got a drawer of random AAs and coin cells, those need to go through a dedicated battery recycling drop-off point.

Data Security — What's on You vs. What's on Us

We need to be upfront about this: we are a collection and routing service. We are not a certified data-destruction provider.

If your old laptop still boots, wipe it yourself before we arrive. Factory reset, disk format, or use a free tool like DBAN for spinning drives. For SSDs, the manufacturer's secure-erase utility is your best bet.

If you need a formal certificate of destruction — the kind that satisfies PDPA audit requirements or your company's IT governance policy — engage a NEA-licensed e-waste collector who specifically issues that paperwork. We can't provide it.

What we can do: collect the hardware quickly, route it through licensed waste-management intermediaries equipped for material recovery (metals, plastics, hazardous components like lead solder and mercury backlights). Your old monitors and motherboards don't end up in a landfill pile. They go through proper recycling channels.

Bulk Office IT Clearance

Decommissioning 15 workstations after a lease ends? Clearing a server rack and three shelves of networking equipment from a Tuas warehouse? We handle multi-workstation volumes regularly.

In our 10+ years of clearing Singaporean offices, the most common scenario is a company that's already boxed everything up but has no idea how to get it out of a 12th-floor unit with a single service lift that needs booking two days ahead. For condos and commercial buildings, the owner or tenant must arrange lift access and any required approvals from building management before our scheduled pickup. Surcharges may apply for after-hours or weekend collections — confirmed at quote stage.

Crew size scales with the job. A single laptop from a Bedok HDB flat is one person and a van. Twenty desktops and monitors from a Jurong West office is a full team and a lorry.

Common Questions

How do I get a quote for a single laptop or monitor? WhatsApp us a photo at 9888 1292. We'll reply with a quote — no site visit needed for straightforward items.

Do you take loose batteries? No. We collect devices in proper e-waste form (battery inside the device housing). A bag of random loose batteries or swollen lithium cells isn't something we handle.

Can you collect after office hours? Yes, subject to availability. After-hours and weekend pickups may carry a surcharge — we'll confirm that when quoting.
