What We Clear
Desks, ergonomic chairs, reception counters, filing cabinets (full or empty), server racks, monitors, CPUs, printers, whiteboards, partition panels, carpet tiles pulled during de-fitting, ceiling grid components, and the miscellaneous drawer contents that nobody claimed on their last day.
IT equipment gets sorted at source. Metals go through recycling channels. Reusable furniture gets routed into second-hand channels where possible. Residual waste moves to licensed intermediaries for further sorting before reaching disposal facilities.
We also handle fit-out debris from soft demolition: drywall, lightweight partition frames, laminate panels, and cable trunking. If your contractor left a mess, we clear it.
Building Management: Your Responsibility, Our Flexibility
Every commercial building has its own loading-bay booking windows, goods-lift schedules, and after-hours access rules. Some MCSTs require lift padding for bulky moves. Some mandate weekend-only clearance to avoid disrupting other tenants.
We do not liaise with building management on your behalf. Rules differ per building, and the tenant or office manager must request permission and approval from their management ahead of the pickup. What we need from you: confirmed date, confirmed time window, goods-lift availability, and any padding or floor-protection requirements sorted with your building team.
Once those logistics are locked, we show up on time and work within whatever window you've secured.
What We Don't Do
Transparency matters more than a padded service list. We are upfront about our boundaries:
- No NEA-licensed e-waste certificates. If your compliance team requires formal e-waste documentation for audit purposes, engage a specialist licensed collector. We handle physical removal of IT hardware and route it through proper recycling channels, but we don't issue regulatory paperwork.
- No certified data destruction. Hard drives, SSDs, and storage media that contain sensitive data should go through a NAID-certified shredding service before we touch them. We'll clear the wiped hardware afterward.
- No property damage insurance. We work carefully, but we don't carry coverage. For high-value fit-outs with delicate finishes, factor that into your decision.
- No hazardous materials. Chemicals, asbestos, loose batteries, and gas cylinders stay off our truck.
How a Typical Office Clearance Runs

2. Scope confirmation. We clarify what stays, what goes, and whether any items need dismantling on-site (bolted workstations, mounted shelving, partition walls).
3. You arrange building access. Goods-lift booking, loading-bay slot, after-hours security clearance if needed. You confirm the window; we confirm crew availability.
4. Clearance day. A crew of 2–4 arrives with the right vehicle (van, lorry, or larger truck depending on volume). Systematic room-by-room strip. Sorting happens as we load: recyclables separated, reusables set aside, residual waste grouped.
5. Handover-ready. Space swept, debris cleared, ready for your landlord inspection or incoming contractor.
